Oh My God!!! I am furious with Miele, I’ve just discovered that the hepa filter sits inside the machine, that you can’t take out because it’s on top of the motor! They are $280 (au) to replace (only the price of the whole replacement unit not including paying someone to fix it) so that when, after a couple of years of use, you have to throw the stinking thing away because they don’t make it so it is easily replaced! Stinks! Ours is the Blizzard CX1 Dog and Cat Powerline. I just made ours smell better by turning it on and spraying Glen20 down the spout. But why specify something for dogs and cats when you can’t change the Hepa filter.

Completely useless. Doesn’t do much cleaning and leaves dirty water in the carpet/sofa. Also leaks everywhere, and I mean everywhere.

I’ve heard that the settings on this are quite low compared to others. Apparently the ‘low’ setting is more of a ‘keep warm’. Any thoughts?

Henry just came across this video could you confirm that the hose reel is completely integrated, i.e. I only need to plug in a water supply at the bottom, and I can pull the hose out and start pressure washing without having to connect the hose every time. I've just sent back an AVA Evolution P60, due to it breaking twice within three months, but the hose function was fantastic as I keep the pressure washer connected inside my garage, but we pull the hose reel with the gun out every day to spray down a part of our plastic chicken coop. Last night I received delivery of a Husqvarna PW235R, only to discover that hose reel is not integrated, so I'm sending that back and looking to buy something else - potentially the PW350.? Many thanks and great review.

I would like to buy this receiver. There are even new ones on eBay. An enigma is bothering me! If a device (DVD) that has an hdmi output is connected to, for example, the Video 1 input via hdmi. Is it possible to connect an analog device to the analog input of the Video 1 receiver (video and audio), for example, a VCR? Input settings ?????? Does the receiver recognize both signals at the same input? I read the user manual where there is no explanation for such a connection. It is only stated. hdmi and input name change. My question is whether it is possible to simultaneously connect to the input with the same name Video 1 (hdm and analog) and whether the receiver automatically recognizes it? Unless! Is it possible to choose hdmi or analog through the menu setting? Does it allow this possibility when several devices are running and the other is not being used at the same time!? I hope you understand my question!

Hi, we’ve had this model a while and it’s been great, but yesterday I noticed that the temp isn’t showing on the screen whilst a cycle is running? Unsure if it’s always done this or if this is something that needs looking at. Thanks in advance 😊

Hi. Lots of information how to use it, but nothing about troubleshooting.

I bought on of these and had to return it because it would not cook properly. The heater element at only 163 watts (I measured it at 155 watts) isn't powerfull enought to get the food up to a decent cooking temperature from cold quick enough before the automatic programme turns itself down at 4 hours then keeps it warm for 2 hours which is not enough heat and time going into the food to cook it properly. If you cook it for longer than 4 hours its automatic programme goes onto a lower temperature which ends up with the same under cooked results even after 8 hours. The only way to make it cook properly from cold is to overide the programme and cook the food on high for at least 8 hours but you must be there to stir it ocasionally because it cooks more on the opposit side of the controls which is probably made like this to protect the electronics. Nearly a good product im waiting for version 2 to come out good job I kept my old slow cooker : )

Slow cooker newbie here. I got this slow cooker but didn’t realise there was a searing element to it and I’ve got an induction hob so it’s not compatible. Can I still use the slow cooker as normal and if I want to sear just have to do that separate or should I return and get a different one?

Can you feed him if so how? Can you play games with him if so what games? Does he need an app or what is required for him to work? We've had ours for two years here in the UK and at the start I was really impressed with the style, ease of use, and efficiency. Then, after a year, the cord retraction failed: it was drawing the cord in so fast that the lashing plug had damaged the casing. Replaced under warranty. A year later, out of warranty, the replacement reel failed; it still retracts, but extremely sluggishly and in stops and starts, and the last half-metre or so stays on the floor. Apparently the 'Made in Germany' isn't true. Many parts are made in China and put together in Germany. Apart from that, it's a good design, and kept clean with a wash every few months it leaves no stale smell.

Hi Henry, I’m unsure if you are still online as all comments are from a few years ago. Anyway, I hope I’ll get an answer from you. I tried the knife blade to make the base of cheese cake from biscuits. This was the first time I tried using the product. After turning the machine, the base of it shook violently to a point I need to hold the whole unit. I didn’t put too many biscuits at once. Can you help? What to do for this unit to run smoothly like yours? Thank you.

How do you remove the hair from the brush roller? It does not look as though it opens up. I presume the HEPA filter has to be replaced every so often, yes? Or, do you just clean it with soap and water? I understand they now come with a HEPA filter. That one tiny brush is the only brush for upholstery? It sounds like it has incredible suckion power...... Are you vacuuming "medium" or "high" pile carpet in this video?

Oddly, this product is branded under Whirlpool here in Europe/Scandinavia. Can't find anything about it. Whirlpool says it has their 6-sense tech in it. Does this one have that?

Hi. I’ve just purchased the latest model of this tumble dryer. Could you advise which setting you use for cotton t shirts as all my clothing labels say to use a low heat but as this model only has categories as options and not low, medium and high I’m a bit confused.

When you used the saute mode you didn't appear to put any oil in it first which is what you do when you saute veggies normally, did you just not show that stage?
